This 3D model is an interesting example of parametric design. It utilizes the diamond shaped holes and creates an even pattern around and through the object. This item could also be used for a number of things, perhaps a scale model of a structure or an art instillation. The form also appears to grow from within outwards from a central point. And overall I find the model beautiful.
